Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be dispatched from the time the order has been placed.

Scent With Love offers a $10.00 flat rate shipping to any New Zealand address (both Urban and Rural). Shipping will be via tracked courier. Orders $110.00 and over will be offered free shipping (both Urban and Rural). Customers will be emailed their tracking details via email once the order has shipped. The courier will be NON SIGNATURE. Free Shipping does not include Custom Order Requests. Free Shipping on Custom Order is at the discretion of Scent With Love.

Scent with Love does not take responsibility for delays in shipment once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 10 business days from notification of dispatch - it is your responsibility to reach out and let us know that you have not received your order.
