This Candle Care Kit includes everything you need for optimal candle maintenance and enjoyment. Whether you're a candle aficionado or just starting your journey, our kit provides the essential tools for maintaining a perfect burn every time.

Usage Instructions - USB Lighter

1. Charge through USB interface by connection to computer, or other chargers with an output voltage of DV5V+0.5V and output current below 3000MA

2. Unlock by releasing the lock button to the upward position

3. Press circular button to ignite. Light your candle and enjoy! 

Safety Instructions - USB Lighter

1. Do not use sharp objects to pierce or burn this product

2. Keep out of reach of children and pets

3. Do not ignite more than five times consecutively

4. Do not place product in water or other liquids

5. Do not expose product under sun to avoid fire hazard

6. Do not touch spark


All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note the store is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, therefore, any order placed after 2pm on Saturday will be dispatched the following Wednesday. Courier times will vary but your order should arrive within five business days of leaving SWL premises (this includes RD addresses).

Return policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return refund will only be made for the cost of the products. A refund of courier fees is exempt. 

To start a return, you can contact us at The customer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for 'change of mind', all sales are final and returns will only be accepted for faulty or incorrect products. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. If you have any issues - do feel free to contact us. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
