Do you want to make your own candles at home?
This Candle Creating Kit includes TWO jars - perfect to make as gifts or to make with a friend. The jars are made from handblown glass so no two will be identical meaning each candle will be completely unique!
The Kit Includes:

- Fragrance Oil (You Pick TWO Fragrances, see list below)
- Jars (You Pick your colour combo)

Fragrances to Choose from: ENTER YOUR TWO CHOSEN FRAGRANCES IN THE COMMENTS AT CHECKOUT. They can be the same if you wish.

You will need a heat source such as a stove top, a pot, and a water source.
Please note: as jars are handblown glass, there may be differences in the size, shape and print.
WARNING: Read and follow Instructions carefully. Do NOT add anything to candles such as additional oils or foreign objects such as flowers or crystals. Children under the age of 16 should be closely supervised. Any questions or concerns, please reach out on hello@scentwithlove.co.nz

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note the store is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, therefore, any order placed after 2pm on Saturday will be dispatched the following Wednesday. Courier times will vary but your order should arrive within five business days of leaving SWL premises (this includes RD addresses).
Flat Rate for orders under 500 grams = $6.50
Flat Rate for orders over 500 grams = $9.50

Return policy
Return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return refund will only be made for the cost of the products. A refund of courier fees is exempt.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@scentwithlove.co.nz. The customer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for 'change of mind', all sales are final and returns will only be accepted for faulty or incorrect products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. If you have any issues - do feel free to contact us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
