Decided to change the scent in your diffuser? You'll need a new reed!

Choose between 1 x Flower Diffuser Reed or 5 x Reed Sticks (Black or White).

Flower Reeds will detoriorate over time due to their delicate nature. Ensure to replace within six months of first use to maintain quality. Please diffuser in a room with low daft and humidity to ensure good scent throw. 

Flip Reed Sticks every few days to refresh scent throw. Replace when oil is empty or when refilling with new scent.

 

Diffuser jar and oil not included. 

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note the store is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, therefore, any order placed after 2pm on Saturday will be dispatched the following Wednesday. Courier times will vary but your order should arrive within five business days of leaving SWL premises (this includes RD addresses).

Flat Rate for orders under 500 grams = $6.50

Flat Rate for orders over 500 grams = $9.50

Return policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return refund will only be made for the cost of the products. A refund of courier fees is exempt. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@scentwithlove.co.nz. The customer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for 'change of mind', all sales are final and returns will only be accepted for faulty or incorrect products. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. If you have any issues - do feel free to contact us. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
