Introducing long lasting fragrance diffusers.

Each diffuser holds 100ml of your favourite scent that will last 4-6 months. 

First use: remove plug from top, place flower rope into jar. Sit base of flower into top of jar. The oil will slowly climb the rope reaching the reed flower. 

Please note, a full fragrance throw can take up to 24-48 hours. 

Place diffuser in area with good ventilation and out of direct sunlight.

Avoid getting oil on skin and surfaces as it can cause skin irritation and damage to surfaces if not cleaned immediately. 

Flower may change colour slightly depending on fragrance oil.

Flower Reeds will deteriorate over time. Ensure to replace within six months of purchasing to maintain quality. Place diffuser in a room with low draft and humidity to ensure good scent throw.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note the store is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, therefore, any order placed after 2pm on Saturday will be dispatched the following Wednesday. Courier times will vary but your order should arrive within five business days of leaving SWL premises (this includes RD addresses).

Return policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return refund will only be made for the cost of the products. A refund of courier fees is exempt. 

To start a return, you can contact us at The customer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for 'change of mind', all sales are final and returns will only be accepted for faulty or incorrect products. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. If you have any issues - do feel free to contact us. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
